Privacy policy
This is a static website with no accounts, no forms and no analytics. That makes this policy shorter than most, and everything in it describes what the site actually does today.
Last reviewed 20 August 2026.
Who is responsible for your data
The publisher of spinwatchhouse.com is the controller for personal data collected directly through this website, and can be reached at desk@spinwatchhouse.com. Any correspondence about data protection should go to that address.
Where this policy refers to operators or other third-party websites, those organisations are separate controllers for anything they collect. Their policies apply once you leave this site, and we have no visibility of or control over what they do.
What this site collects directly
Nothing. There is no registration, no login, no newsletter sign-up, no comment facility and no contact form. We do not ask you for your name, your email address, your age or your location, and there is no mechanism on the site by which you could supply them to us.
Analytics and tracking
There are none. Spin Watch House does not use Google Analytics or any other analytics package, does not run advertising or remarketing tags, does not embed social media widgets or tracking pixels, and does not build profiles of visitors. No third-party scripts of any kind load on these pages — the only script is one small file served from this domain, described below.
If that ever changes, this policy and the site’s notice will be updated before any tracking is introduced, and consent will be sought where the law requires it.
Cookies and local storage
This website sets no cookies. It does use one item of browser local storage, which is not a cookie and is not transmitted to any server.
- Name:
swh-storage-notice - Purpose: records that you have dismissed the notice about storage, so it does not reappear on every page.
- Value stored: the word
seen. Nothing else, and nothing that identifies you. - Where it lives: your own browser. You can delete it at any time by clearing site data.
The cookie policy covers this in more detail.
What our hosting provider processes
The site is served by a third-party hosting provider, Vercel Inc. Like any web server, its infrastructure necessarily processes technical request data in order to deliver pages to you and to protect the service — typically the IP address the request came from, the time, the page requested, and the browser user agent string. That processing is carried out by the provider under its own terms and privacy notice; we do not receive, store or analyse those logs, and we do not have a mechanism for linking them to an individual.
Where the provider processes data outside the United Kingdom, it does so under its own safeguards. If you would prefer that your request data is not handled in this way, the only reliable option is not to visit the site.
Outbound links
When you follow a link to an operator or to a support organisation you leave this website. The destination site will receive your request in the ordinary way and may set its own cookies and collect its own data under its own policy. Operator links carry campaign parameters identifying the page you came from — for example the comparison table rather than the homepage. Those parameters describe our page, not you, and contain no personal data of any kind.
If you email us
If you write to desk@spinwatchhouse.com, we will hold your message and your email address for as long as needed to deal with what you have raised, and to keep a record of any correction we make as a result. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence and maintaining an accurate published record. We do not add correspondents to any mailing list, because there is no mailing list, and we do not pass your message to operators or anyone else.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask what personal data is held about you, to have inaccurate data corrected, to have data erased in certain circumstances, to restrict or object to processing, and to receive data you have provided in a portable form. Given that the only personal data this site holds is correspondence you have chosen to send us, most requests will be simple to deal with. Write to desk@spinwatchhouse.com.
If you are unhappy with how a request has been handled, you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Children
This website concerns gambling and is intended for adults aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, we do not knowingly hold data relating to anyone under 18, and nothing here is designed to appeal to children or young people.
Changes to this policy
If the site changes in a way that affects this policy — the introduction of analytics, for instance, or any form of contact form — the policy will be updated before the change goes live and the review date above will move.
